Allison Kalloo, MPH is a patient recruitment specialist bridging cultural divides and breaking the engagement stalemate in clinical trials. For more than 20 years, she has focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), optimizing recruitment tactics, patient education campaigns, and community engagement initiatives that fuse science with the art of communication. Ms. Kalloo is the founder of Clinical Ambassador and iParticipate Incorporated and leads teams providing cultural relevance and patient-centricity for the pharma and research industries and broadening representation by making clinical trials relevant to lay individuals. She provides consultations, patient education, community engagement, and mock trials and focus groups that inform strategy for study marketing campaigns and other tactics that support DEI.
